MILWAUKEE - Chief Judge Easterbrook, and Circuit Judges Flaum and Sykes reversed a jury verdict on scope of employment and remanded for a partial retrial in the Prado case, a huge win for DeWitt and, more importantly, for their clients, the minor daughters of Wilbert Javier Prado and the Prado Estate.
